Our Experience
With 20 years of distinguished experience in the marine industry, spanning from boat building, to racing sailboats, to repairing vessels around Australia, our Director Chris Toorenburg's passion for the marine industry is unwavering.
Since its inception over 15 years ago on the scenic Gold Coast, Sea Spray has evolved from a mobile detailing service into a premier marine facility located in the prestigious marine precinct at The Boat Works in Coomera. Our team has
grown to include over 12 skilled professionals, all committed to excellence.
At Sea Spray, we selectively hire individuals who demonstrate a profound passion for the marine
industry and uphold the highest standards of attention to detail. No job is too large or complex
for our team; we prioritise effective communication with our clients to ensure every project is
executed flawlessly and punctually.
Trust your esteemed vessel to Sea Spray, where professionalism and elite service converge
to deliver exceptional results.
Every year, Sea Spray Marine proudly supports the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show,
ensuring the boats on display are in pristine condition.
In the weeks leading up to the event, our dedicated team works tirelessly, detailing and
polishing vessels to perfection. During the show, we're up before dawn—hitting the water at
4am and arriving by boat—to complete all detailing work before the gates open to the public
at 9am.
For four straight days, we’re on-site early to make sure every vessel shines at its best,
reflecting the high standards of this world-class event.
This year's show, held from May 22–25, 2025, was the largest in its 36-year history, featuring
over 750 boats and attracting more than 40,000 visitors.
If you're planning to showcase your vessel at upcoming boat shows and want it to stand out,
contact Sea Spray Marine for professional detailing services.
